MakerLabelKit puts the data that you type and the official phrase texts of Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 (CLP) on a label layout. The tool does not classify your product, does not check your data, and does not give legal advice.
You are responsible for the content of your labels. Check each label against the safety data sheet of your supplier and against the law of each country where you sell, before you use it. Do not use the tool for products that are outside its scope, for example cosmetics such as soap.
You can use the free version for your own products. We can change or stop the free version.
When Pro is on sale, our reseller Lemon Squeezy sells it as the merchant of record. Its terms apply to each purchase. You can cancel at any time. We refund the first payment on request within 14 days.
We make the tool with care, but we supply it "as is". We are not liable for damage that comes from the content of your labels, except where the law does not allow this limit. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country.
Dutch law applies, without effect on the mandatory consumer protection of your country.
